Systech Water Resources, Inc. is a water resources and environmental engineering company founded as Systech Engineering in 1983. The main office is located in Walnut Creek, California. Satellite offices are located in State College, Pennsylvania and Phoenix, Arizona.
Systech Water Resources is staffed with water resources, chemical, and environmental engineers with strong backgrounds in meteorology, hydrology, chemistry, biology, biogeochemistry, mathematics and computer sciences. We are skillful in data acquisition, database management, statistics, modeling, integrated analysis, and decision support systems. We are familiar with environmental regulations and cost benefit analyses. We are expert programmers for Windows graphical user interfaces, GIS (geographic information systems) interfaces, CAD (computer aided design), and graphics.
